    This blog explains the specialist lecture “Skills for the Future: Navigating the 21st Century” given by Dr. Sahdev Luhar.  ● The speaker especially explained the importance of skills like Communication, Critical Thinking, Creativity, Problem Solving, and Teamwork. In today’s digital age, technology and digital knowledge have also become very important.

• 1. Learning Skills (4 C’s)

These include Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, and Collaboration. These skills help students learn new ideas and solve problems. 

 •2. Literacy Skills (IMT)

These are Information, Media, and Technology skills. These skills are necessary in the digital age to find correct information and use technology properly. 

•3. Life Skills (FLIPS)

These include Flexibility, Leadership, Initiative, Productivity, and Social Skills. They are very important for success in both personal and professional life.

  ●The students were advised to keep learning new things, keep themselves updated, and accept change. Many examples and inspiring ideas were presented during the lecture, which made the subject simpler and more interesting. 

This lecture proved to be not just informative but also directional for the future for the students.
